Product Description:

The Kollmorgen AKD-M00306-M1EC-0000 servo drive functions like a motion controller with Ethernet support. This servo drive activates the dynamic braking function based on the DRV.DISMODE parameter setting. The product has no internal regen resistor but can be fitted with one externally if the application demands it. This device has a peak regen power of 5.4 kW with the external regen resistor for one second. The unit can directly control a 24 V holding brake of the connected motor. It has a one-character seven-segment display apart from the standard two-character display. This drive is associated with unique IP and MAC addresses. The product related MAC address is displayed on the nameplate attached to its housing and must not be changed. This device boots in the Recovery mode if its B2 push-button is pressed and held for a brief period. The unit has an SD card slot that supports SDSC and SDHC type SD cards. Its SD cards are pre-formatted by the manufacturer. This product encompasses a RS1 rotary switch that can be set to 0 for a DHCP/AutoIP address. The device supports the connection of other servo drives of the same series to it as slave drives. This unit is characterized by a PLC open and pipes network. The servo drive incorporates an extended width housing. It features an easy troubleshooting process with the graphical user interface of the supporting KAS IDE software. The drive related service interface and the Ethernet interface of the industrial PC are connected using an Ethernet cable. This product has a proper electrical connection if the LEDs on the PC and the X32 RJ-45 connector of the drive are illuminated. The device displays the letter F or E for a fault on the left side of the two-character display and the numerical portion of the code one after the other on the right side.
