Product Description:
The AKD-C01007-CBEC-E000 central power supply from Kollmorgen is used with the AKD-N range of decentralized servo drives. This product cannot be used for residential applications. The device is used in industrial three-phase power supply networks with a voltage rating of 400 VAC to 480 VAC and a tolerance of +/-10% and a frequency rating of 50 Hz to 60 Hz. This unit comes integrated with a 24 V EMC filter as well as a mains EMC filter to suppress interference. It has an IP 20 degree of protection. The power supply must always be mounted inside a closed control cabinet and should be positioned next to the servo drive. This product has no extension option. The device has one programmable digital output and one fault relay output. The unit also encompasses two STO inputs and two STO status outputs related to its inbuilt STO function as per IEC 62061 SIL 2 standards. Its TCP/IP service channel has a transfer rate of 100 Mbit/s. This power supply is equipped with two DC power strings with one string for eight drives. The product can support a maximum of 16 AKD-N servo drives at a time. This device sports an EtherCAT fieldbus interface and a service interface. The power supply is associated with a continuous output power rating of 10 kVA and a peak output power rating of 20 kVA. The unit is designed to meet the requirements of EU English Standards. This product incorporates several integrated safety measures such as temperature monitoring, soft-start, phase-failure monitoring, short-circuit protection and overvoltage detection. The device comprises a Bb bridge rectifier as well as a regen circuit for the connected AKD-N servo drives in its power section.
