By coordinating torque, velocity, and position loops, the drive links the machine controller to the motor and supports real-time adjustment as mechanical loads change. It regulates motor behavior during starts, stops, speed changes, and position corrections so the axis remains responsive under varying process demands.
The drive can supply a continuous phase current of 6 Arms, while overload operation of up to 18 Arms is permitted for as long as five seconds to support acceleration or short shock loads. When operated from a three-phase mains source, the unit draws a maximum apparent power of 4.49 kVA. The permissible supply range is 240 / 480 Vac three-phase, which supports installation on common industrial low-voltage systems.
