The AKD-B00606-MBAN-0000 is an industrial drive controller designed exclusively for driving suitable synchronous motors with closed-loop control of torque speed and position. This controller is to be built into electrical plants of machines and can only be operated as integral parts of these plants and machines. The AKD-B00606-MBAN-0000 drive controller can be supplied by 1 or 3 phase industrial supply networks, however connection to other voltage types of supply network is possible with an additional isolating transformer. The group installation of this industrial drive controller has not be evaluated and approved by Kollmorgen and DC input voltage ratings have not been defined. Before group installation, operators are expected to carry out reviews and evaluation for branch circuit protection, wire size, wire voltage rating, fuse protection system, system dielectric requirements and input current rating. Also, for DC supplied drives, the built int EMC filters will not work, and the user is responsible to keep the conducted emissions and the immunity of the drive within the required noise levels.
