CVC600 is a Kollmorgen compact vehicle controller. It is designed for forklifts, mobile robots, and AGV control. The controller operates on a voltage range of 24 to 48 Volts and includes built-in protections against undervoltage, overvoltage, and reverse polarity, ensuring safe operation in various environments. The maximum power consumption is 5 Watts without external USB connections. With an IP65 rating, the controller is built to withstand harsh industrial conditions, including dust and moisture. Integrated communication interfaces include LAN, WLAN, CAN and RS-232/422/485 for easy integration with other systems and devices. It is rated for use in temperatures ranging from -30 to +55 degrees Celsius, allowing for flexibility in various operational conditions. The CVC600 controller has an open architecture and is programmable. Supported navigation technologies include reflector, natural, barcode, inductive wire, magnetic tape and natural.
