Product Description

The Kollmorgen 65WKS-CE310/6PB is a transistor - inverter. It is designed for three-phase 220 Volts AC operation and draws 1.6 kVA power. The nominal current is 6 Amps. The device has an environmental protection rating of IP00. This signifies that the drive is intended for indoor use. It needs to be mounted inside an industrial cabinet where it will be protected from dust and moisture and other corrosive elements that could damage it. Trained and experienced technical personnel should be given the responsibility of handling, installing, commissioning, and operating the 65WKS-CE310/6PB. All installation related activities should only be commenced once the product manual instructions related to installation and safety have been read and understood. The 65WKS-CE310/6PB contains ESD sensitivity parts. Therefore, standard ESD precautions should be implemented during all work related to the device.

The rating plate on the 65WKS-CE310/6PB should be checked prior to installation. The rated voltage and current should be compared with the transformer specifications and motor specifications. The 65WKS-CE310/6PB should not be operated if it is not grounded properly. A ground fault in the motor cannot be detected in the absence of proper grounding. The electronic system on the device can also be destroyed if the intermediate circuit is not grounded. All ground connections should start at the same start point to prevent ground loops.
