By combining power electronics with input and output resources, the unit drives servo or stepper axes while exchanging status information with a host PLC over its field wiring. This product supports multi-axis positioning in packaging lines, assembly cells, and material-handling stations where deterministic index profiles are required.
The controller delivers a maximum output frequency of 5000 Hz, allowing high-resolution step generation for fine incremental moves. During operation on 230-volt supplies, it can provide up to 5 kVA, while operation on 400-volt mains raises the maximum capacity to 8 kVA; these values indicate the apparent power available to the connected motor set. Output voltage is capped at 480 V, matching common industrial insulation classes. A nominal phase current of 8 A supports continuous torque production.
