The G12C.DM80GC4.IE2TW synchronous servo motor is manufactured by KEB for the SM Synchronous Servo Motors series. It connects to a 400 V-class inverter and supplies controlled rotary motion for conveyors, pick-and-place stations, and other automated equipment. A permanent-magnet rotor and three-phase stator allow the unit to deliver repeatable torque within a compact frame. The motor is suitable for continuous production applications in typical industrial machine environments.
At its rated operating point, the motor produces 0.75 kW while turning at 1410 rpm. It draws 1.88 A from the inverter and reaches an electrical efficiency of 80.0 %. A power factor of 0.72 keeps reactive current moderate during operation. Starting characteristics include a starting torque ratio of 2.5 and a starting current ratio of 4.7, providing brisk acceleration without requiring an oversized drive.
