The 42.SM.200-44CJ is a synchronous servo motor built by KEB for the SM Synchronous Servo Motors series. It is intended for closed-loop motion systems where stable torque and responsive speed control are needed for packaging stations, pick-and-place units, and compact tool drives. The motor combines its stator, feedback device, and mounting face in one housing, so it can connect directly to a compatible drive controller and mount cleanly to a gearbox or machine plate. This arrangement keeps the axis compact and supports accurate tracking of digital motion commands. Its integrated feedback components allow the drive to correct speed and position errors during changing load conditions.
The mounting face uses a 115 mm bolt circle, a 95 mm flange pilot, and a 105 mm square flange, which help center the motor accurately on adapter plates and reduce coupling misalignment. The winding is arranged for a 3-phase supply, and the drive can deliver up to 330 V line to line from its DC bus.
