The 00.S6.L50-1003 feedback cable assembly is produced by KEB for the S6 Combivert Servo Drives series. It provides the dedicated path between an S6 inverter and the resolver embedded in a compatible servo motor, carrying sine, cosine, and reference signals used for closed-loop speed and position control in automated machinery. By supplying a pre-terminated harness with matched impedance, the product shortens installation time, reduces wiring mistakes, and preserves feedback integrity on packaging, material-handling, and machine-tool axes that experience constant motion.
A total length of 3 m gives adequate reach from cabinet to carriage without excess slack. The drive end features a D-Sub HD-26 (M) plug that locks to the controller header, while the motor end uses a 12-pole M23 Speedtec connector that secures with a quarter turn and resists vibration. Because the cable is dedicated to a resolver interface, six conductors follow the pinout 1 /SIN, 2 /COS, 5 /SIN-REF, 7 SIN-REF, 10 SIN, and 11 COS, and each core is identified by the color map 1 Red, 2 Pink, 5 Yellow, 7 Green, 10 Blue, and 11 Gray. Signal integrity is enhanced by a double-shielded construction that places a braid over foil, and environmental resistance comes from an outer jacket made of PUR, which tolerates oils and coolants commonly found in industrial enclosures.
