The 00.S6.000-CMAT is an AC servo drive produced by KEB as part of the S6 Combivert Servo Drives series. By modulating the DC-link voltage, the unit delivers power with variable frequency and amplitude to machine-mounted motors. This controlled output supports positioning axes, packaging stations, and conveyor modules in industrial automation. The drive regulates motor torque, speed, and position according to commands received from the machine controller.
Control connectivity is provided through 8 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, and 1 analog output. These channels allow a PLC to assign speed references, issue enable commands, and process real-time feedback. Two additional digital outputs and one relay output provide status signals for ready and fault conditions. An RS-232/485 diagnostic interface uses the DIN 66019 protocol, allowing configuration software to capture parameters or monitor operating data over long cable runs. Two multi-encoder channels accept incremental or absolute feedback for closed-loop motion control.
