The 10.S4.D11-3470 is a servo drive module produced by KEB for the S4 Combivert Servo Controllers series. Classified as a Combivert servo controller, it modulates three-phase power to control motors equipped with a brake and feather key, allowing precise position and velocity regulation in industrial automation. Its closed-loop algorithms maintain commanded motion for axes that operate at rated speeds up to 3000 rpm in packaging, material-handling, or assembly lines.
Internally, the drive is fed by a 400 V DC bus and has a rated input current of 7 A. The three-phase input wiring uses a 1.5 mm² line cross section. Its continuous output has an apparent power rating of 4.4 kVA. For rapid acceleration, the controller supplies a peak current of 22 A for up to 200 ms before returning to its steady-state limit. The current control loop is refreshed every 64 µs, and the speed regulator is updated every 128 µs, providing the bandwidth required for demanding servo profiles. Two analog inputs receive process setpoints, while two analog outputs transmit monitoring signals to connected control equipment.
