By integrating speed, current, and position loops, the unit links directly to drives so that machine tools, packaging stations, or material-handling cells receive real-time torque commands.
An analog command channel with 12-bit resolution allows fine reference scaling, while feedback or monitor values leave the unit through an 8-bit analog output. Torque is modulated every 64 µs by the current controller, and this fast cycle pairs with a 128 µs speed loop to keep motor response predictable. The integrated line filter is rated for 12 A at up to 250 V, matching the 200 V class, three-phase filter supply category and helping shield neighboring equipment from conducted noise. Housing design D fits inside compact IP20 cabinets and accepts three input phases through 1.5 mm² line conductors.
