When installed in a panel, the unit processes encoder feedback and modulates output frequency so commanded motion profiles can be followed without overshoot. This allows the controller to manage acceleration, deceleration, and holding behavior in applications that require repeatable motion.
This controller operates from a supply voltage class of 200 V and governs motors up to a rated speed of 3000 rpm. Its electronics remain stable at ambient temperatures up to 45 °C, and ventilation clearances of at least 10 cm above and below the heat sink help maintain that limit. The enclosure carries a protection type of IP20, indicating finger-safe access but no sealing against liquids, so it is intended for closed cabinets. Altitude capability is reduced by a derating slope of 1%/100 m once the installation exceeds 1000 m above sea level, and safe operation continues until the maximum site height of 3000 m is reached. At higher elevations, lower air density reduces cooling effectiveness, so output must be reduced to protect the power stage during continuous use. Below that ceiling, the controller delivers full output down to a minimum operating temperature of −10 °C, allowing service in unheated factories or dockside equipment. Storage and transport limits are separate from operating limits, so the unit should be used within its rated ambient range after installation.
