The KEB R6 Combivert Line Regen Drives, 25.R6.SER-900A is designed for best performance and energy efficiency applications. With the ability to operate from an input voltage range of 180 to 550V, the drive is well suited to a wide variety of global applications and is specifically optimized for 400V systems.

The drive supports mains frequencies of both 50 and 60Hz, that is, able to adapt whole power grid systems across the world. With a significant regenerative output power of up to 330 kW and a maximum output power under certain conditions of up to 433 kVA, it provides powerful and efficient energy recovery and management. With a rated regenerative current of up to 500 amps, it is capable of handling high-demand situations. The air cooling system in the 25.R6.SER-900A can be applied for cooling, which helps keep the thermal state of the devices under suitable control and retain good performance and durability. Built-in support for major industrial protocols such as EtherNet/IP, ProfiNet, and Modbus allows for easy user integration into all sorts of control systems. The CE and cULus standards with which these drives are certified ensure compliance for international approval with safety and operational regulations. It adheres to EN 61800-5-1 safety standards, testifying to its reliability and safety for industrial applications.

The drive has a size of 340 mm x 520 mm x 357 mm and a weight of approximately 25 kg, fitting in between robust capability and manageable size and weight. It has an overload capacity of up to 160% for a short period in applications with abrupt increases in demand. Natural Current Modulation technology helps to reduce noise, as well as help to reduce operational noise during regeneration.
