The 19.R6.N1E-910A is a regenerative line-side drive module built by KEB for the R6 Combivert Line Regen Drives series. The device operates on three-phase networks and pairs with KEB inverters to return braking energy to the plant grid, reducing resistor heat and overall power consumption in automated conveyors, test stands, and hoist systems. Its control platform uses the 1N.R6 (NCM) architecture to manage energy flow between the connected inverter system and the incoming supply. The module has a size E housing and uses a standard heat sink to keep semiconductor junctions below the permissible 88 °C thermal limit during continuous operation.
The drive accepts AC input from 180 to 528 V and is optimized for a nominal 400 V supply at 50/60 Hz. Under rated conditions, its apparent power is 48.5 kVA, and it conducts 87 A of DC-link current while handling 42 kW of regenerated power. Its rated output power is 45 kVA. Regenerative power can reach 75 kW, or 81 kVA, for short operating periods before the 200% overload protection disconnects the module. The continuous supply current rating is 70 A, while the peak regenerative current reaches 144 A DC. Because the module does not contain an internal DC fuse, the installation requires a 90 A Class J line fuse. Separate continuous limits of 65 A AC at the supply and 80 A DC in the link support sustained braking operation. An integrated precharge circuit limits inrush current when the size 19 unit is energized.
The enclosure measures 130 × 290 × 208 mm, weighs 5.6 kg, and dissipates 470 W at nominal load. Cabinet airflow must remove the generated heat to maintain the required operating temperature. At a 230 V supply, the module supports maximum capabilities of 67.5 kVA and 63 kW. Under those lower-voltage conditions, it can regenerate 39 kVA or 34.5 kW. The drive should be shut down if insufficient cooling causes the heat-sink temperature to exceed its permitted limit.
