The KEB M4 Variable Frequency Drives series is a family of wall-mounted frequency inverters designed for stepless speed control of three-phase AC motors in industrial drive applications.
The series covers 230 V and 400 V classes, with power ranges from 0.75 kW to 1.5 kW in the 230 V class and from 0.75 kW to 3.0 kW in the 400 V class. Its power section uses an IGBT-based circuit with hardware current control and includes protective monitoring for current, voltage, and temperature as well as qualified short-circuit and ground-fault protection. Depending on configuration, the drives are available with features such as integrated filtering and braking functions, while the housing is built as an IP65 wall-mounted module or IP54 in fan-equipped versions. The KEB M4 Variable Frequency Drives series is intended for fixed industrial installation where compact mounting, defined EMC wiring, and reliable motor speed regulation are required.
