The 21.H6.ACU-11B0 is a drive module produced by KEB for the H6 Combivert Multi-Axis Drives series. It is installed in electrical cabinets where multiple servo or induction motor axes must operate in coordination. The module connects to higher-level PLCs through an EtherCAT system bus and follows the CiA 402 application profile for motion-control state management. Within an automated production line, the unit supplies controlled three-phase power to connected motors, supporting accurate speed and torque regulation. Its multi-axis architecture also allows several drive modules to exchange power through a shared DC bus, reducing the number of separate supply connections required in the cabinet.
The power section is designed for a nominal mains voltage of 400 V. It draws a continuous current of 90 A under rated load and permits a maximum current of 162 A during dynamic events such as rapid acceleration. Current monitoring trips at 194 A to protect the power semiconductors from excessive electrical stress.
