Product Description:
KEB's 12.H6.ABB-21B0 frequency inverter is a servo control device designed for multi-axis motion systems. The applications of the inverter include automated manufacturing lines, robots, and computer numerical control (CNC) technology.
The input voltage for the 12.H6.ABB-21B0 frequency inverter is 560V DC, and it has a current rating of 11A. The 3-phase AC voltage that comes out of it can deliver up to 9A of electricity and 6.2 kVA of power. The inverter can handle input voltages up to 50% of the total and operates between 0 and 599 Hz. Fieldbus communication protocols such as EtherCAT and Ethernet/IP are supported by the two Ethernet ports on the front panel, X6 and X7, respectively. The RS232 serial port that comes with it can be used to set up or run tests. The inverter has control signals that a yellow digital/analog I/O block can handle, such as encoder feedback and limit switch inputs. For the integration of encoders or auxiliary signals, there are a couple of small connectors on the front side. For temperature control, there is a cooling fan on the back panel. Power and motor feedback are controlled by ports X1A and X1B, respectively. X4A, X4B, X3A, and X3B are reserved for connecting the brake resistor, power source, and motor output, respectively.
The IP20 protection grade allows the 12.H6.ABB-21B0 frequency inverter to be safely mounted inside control cabinets. The inverter's architecture and connectivity options make it an ideal component for motion control systems requiring multi-axis synchronization. It delivers 9.0A from 680V to power our UL-approved input. Due to its small footprint and well-designed communication ports, this modular system is ideal for use in automated manufacturing lines. Motors in complex motion applications can be precisely controlled by the inverter.
