Product Description:
KEB manufactures the 07.G6.DDA-0AB0 inverter for the G6 Combivert IO Inverters series. The unit is a single-phase 230 V drive that converts fixed mains power into variable output for induction or permanent-magnet motors, enabling precise speed control in compact conveyors, pumps, and other light industrial axes. It exchanges commands and feedback over a CANopen interface, and its flat-rear natural air-cooling arrangement removes heat without external fans. A built-in braking transistor dissipates regenerated energy, while an internal EMC filter keeps conducted emissions within plant limits.
The rated apparent output power is 1.6 kVA, meaning the inverter can deliver that power continuously to the motor terminals. Within this operating range, the steady-state output current reaches 4.0 A, a value established by the power semiconductor and heat sink design. The drive is matched to motors up to 0.75 kW, so it can operate small pumps or fans in building systems and machine equipment. It accepts a single-phase 230 V AC or DC supply; the rectifier and DC-link capacitors smooth the input before PWM generation. An IP20 enclosure requires cabinet mounting but allows quick access to wiring inside protected panels. G6L-G controlled regulation maintains torque accuracy, and Housing Style A keeps the unit’s depth minimal for dense installations.
The protection system trips when the output current reaches 216% of the nominal value, and it also supports a short-duration current limit of 180% to accommodate motor inrush during acceleration. Pulse patterns are updated at 8 kHz, balancing audible noise and switching loss. Continuous service is permitted from 5 to 40 °C, and operation is supported at altitudes up to 2,000 m without power derating. Integrated Safe Torque Off functionality allows the drive output to be safely disabled without contactors. Configuration is performed through software tools because the user interface does not include a keyboard or display. The CAN bus carries operating status and feedback data to supervisory control systems.
