The model uses pulse-width modulation at a carrier frequency of 8 kHz, which reduces audible motor noise and improves current fidelity. Its inverter section supports a motor output of up to 55 kW. The input stage has a nominal line current of 127 A, while the output stage continuously delivers 115 A. These electrical ratings correspond to an apparent power capability of 80 kVA. A built-in braking transistor diverts regenerative energy into an external resistor, allowing the drive to decelerate high-inertia loads without causing a DC-bus overvoltage condition.
