The 19.F4.C1H-4A01 frequency inverter is manufactured by KEB under the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. It converts a fixed three-phase mains supply into variable-frequency output power, allowing controllers to adjust induction motor speed for conveyors, mixers, or material-handling stations. Its compact frame supports cabinet installation, while the integrated brake transistor helps dissipate regenerated energy during rapid deceleration and keeps the DC-link voltage within safe limits.
This model supplies up to 42 kVA of apparent power and has a nominal output current of 60 A, allowing it to drive motors rated at 30 kW. The control board accepts an analog reference with 11-bit resolution and presents 40 kΩ of input resistance to minimize source loading. Six digital command channels are buffered by 2 kΩ input resistors for direct PLC interfacing. The housing has an IP20 protection rating, so the unit must be installed in a clean electrical enclosure that prevents contact with exposed internal components. Eight parameter sets can be stored for switching between different machine operating profiles. A single relay output can switch 30 VDC at 1 A for status signaling to external devices. Motor leads with conductor sizes up to 25 mm² can be connected to the drive terminals, accommodating common industrial cable sizes.
Supply conductors are protected by a maximum mains fuse of 80 A, while the converter draws a nominal input current of 66 A. Instantaneous protection is coordinated through an overcurrent trip that activates at 108 A, and the inverter can tolerate a short-term current surge of 90 A during acceleration. If the measured current reaches the overcurrent threshold, the drive switches off its output to prevent damage to semiconductor components. The shielded motor cable may extend up to 100 m without exceeding output waveform limits. This cable length supports remote motor installations on large machines or gantry systems where the inverter cabinet cannot be positioned near the driven equipment.
