The 17.F4.C0H-3441 inverter is produced by KEB and belongs to the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. Classified by the manufacturer as a COMBIVERT F4 unit, it converts fixed three-phase mains power into a regulated output for induction motors used in industrial automation. The product occupies an H-size housing, operates in a compact control mode, and is supplied without integrated accessories, so it mounts directly in a control cabinet while leaving space for additional components required by conveyors, mixers, or pump drives.
The drive accepts an input voltage range of 305–500 V and delivers a nominal output current of 42 A. Its nominal output power is 29 kVA, supporting motors rated up to 18.5 kW. Output switching occurs at a rated frequency of 8 kHz, balancing acoustic noise with motor heating. Internally, the device draws 46 A of input current during full-load operation, and its terminals accommodate conductors with cross-sectional areas up to 16 mm² to limit voltage drop. Eight parameter sets are stored in nonvolatile memory, allowing different motor or process profiles to be recalled as needed. Control resources include two analog inputs, four digital inputs, one analog output, one digital output, and two relay outputs, giving the PLC multiple paths for reference and status exchange.
A maximum fuse rating of 63 A protects the inverter against short-circuit events, while the enclosure provides an IP20 protection rating. The unit belongs to the 400 V class and maintains full performance from -10 °C to 45 °C at ambient humidity levels up to 95% without condensation. An InterBus fieldbus option supports communication with higher-level control systems, allowing operating commands and status information to pass through the industrial network.
