KEB's 16.F4.C2H-4G00 is an AC frequency inverter in the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. The unit interfaces between a three-phase mains supply and an asynchronous motor, converting fixed-frequency power into a variable output that regulates speed, acceleration, and braking profiles across a wide range of industrial automation tasks such as conveyors, pumps, and packaging equipment. The inverter accepts a supply window of 305 to 500 V across three phases and tolerates a grid frequency of 50/60 ±2 Hz, allowing deployment on most industrial power systems. During normal operation, it draws a nominal input current of 36.5 A and routes this through an internal IGBT bridge to deliver an output current of 33 A at up to 23 kVA. This power level supports motors up to 15 kW. The synthesized waveform can use carrier frequencies up to 16 kHz for torque-producing pulses. Continuous full-load performance is supported by vector-based current regulation that can sustain 20 A of stall current at 16 kHz, or 33 A when the carrier is reduced to 8 kHz.
