14.F4.F1G-4I02 is a Combivert F4 series frequency inverter. It is optimized for speed regulation of compatible step less motors from KEB Automation. Features supported by F4 series units include IGBT power circuits with minimal switching losses, very low noise at high switch frequencies, current and voltage monitoring during dynamic and static operation, IEC1000 compatible noise immunity, hardware-based current regulation, internal cooling fan and adjacent mounting support. A line reactor should be used with the unit when it is installed near a transformer station. The inverter should be kept far away from consumer equipment that produces electromagnetic interference. It should be protected from aggressive and conductive gases and liquids. When installed in an explosion protected room the unit must be housed inside an explosion protected housing. For control cabinet installation operators must ensure 100 millimeters spacing on the bottom, 150 millimeters spacing on the top and 30 millimeters spacing on the side.
Input voltage ranges supported by the 14.F4.F1G-4I02 inverter include 305 to 440 Volts (18 Amps) and 460 to 500 Volts (15 Amps). Output of the 14.F4.F1G-4I02 inverter is three-phase, and the output current is 16.5 Amps at 440 Volts and 14 Amps at 480 Volts. Rated power output of the unit is 11 kVA. AC motors (2/4 pole) with power ratings of 7.5 kilowatts can be connected to the frequency inverter output. KEB allows motor lines with maximum length of 100 meters. Housing of the unit complies with IP20 requirements. Rated output is available when the ambient temperature is between -10 and 45 degrees Celsius and the relative humidity is less than 95%. Only qualified personnel with proper training and experience should handle the unit.
