12.F4.C3D-4Q21 is a Combivert F4 series frequency inverter. It is manufactured by KEB Automation. The inverter is designed for a step-less speed regulation of three phase motors. Salient features of the compact inverter include IGBT power circuits, low noise at high-frequency switching, current and voltage monitoring, noise immunity that complies with IEC1000, integrated cooling fan, and support for adjacent mounting. The inverter supports InterBus, a serial communication protocol used primarily in industrial automation for connecting control systems, sensors, actuators, and other devices within a network. It is designed to facilitate data exchange between components in a real-time, deterministic, and reliable manner. Nominal input voltage for the unit is 400 Volts. The input voltage range is 305 to 500 Volts AC (three-phase). The mains frequency is 50/60 Hertz with 2 Hertz tolerance.
