The 12.F4.C1D-4A01 is an AC drive produced by KEB within the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. As a frequency inverter, it converts three-phase mains power into a variable voltage and frequency supply so that asynchronous or synchronous motors can be started, accelerated, and regulated without mechanical contactors. The unit targets conveyor lines, pumps, and other motion tasks that require adjustable speed and torque while keeping footprint and cabinet wiring simple. This makes it suitable for installations where smooth speed changes and controlled stopping are more important than simple across-the-line motor starting.
Electrical ratings determine how the inverter couples to both the supply and the motor. Its rated apparent power is 6.6 kVA, which represents the maximum volt-ampere demand placed on the mains under continuous load, while the matched motor size is limited to 4 kW.
