The 10.F4.F3D-4R05 is a frequency inverter produced by KEB as part of the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. It converts fixed three-phase supply power into variable voltage and frequency so that induction or synchronous motors can be speed-controlled in automated machinery, conveyors, and pump stations. Its variable-speed operation helps the connected motor match process demand during normal machine use.
The drive’s switching network supports a maximum carrier frequency of 16 kHz, which is useful when acoustic noise must be reduced and motor current ripple kept low. At this switching rate, it can deliver an output apparent power of 4 kVA with a continuous output current of 5.8 A to the motor terminals.
