Product Description:
The 09.F4.C1D-4001 is an AC frequency inverter manufactured by KEB and assigned to the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. Delivered in housing design D, the unit belongs to the compact control class and is intended for cabinet mounting in automated material-handling systems, pumping applications, and general-purpose machinery. By converting a fixed three-phase mains supply into a regulated variable output, the inverter allows precise adjustment of motor speed and torque for energy-saving process control in industrial automation cells.
Control functions are organized around two analog command channels, four digital inputs, a single relay interface, and one digital plus one analog feedback port. The internal braking transistor supports dynamic deceleration of the connected motor, so no external chopper is required. Nominal supply compatibility spans 50 / 60 ±2 Hz networks, and the inverter provides a three-phase output of 3 x 0...U Mains, so voltage rises proportionally with the programmed frequency. The enclosure has an IP20 rating for protection against accidental contact in cabinet installations. The drive processes 2 analog inputs for speed references, and it also includes four digital inputs, one relay interface, one digital output, and one analog output for feedback and status handling.
The inverter can operate continuously at ambient temperatures from -10...45 °C, allowing installation without derating in most plant rooms. During storage, the electronics tolerate temperatures from -25...70 °C, which supports placement in unconditioned indoor storage areas. Operation is permitted at altitudes up to 2000 m, after which additional cooling or current reduction may be required. Climatic category 3K3 indicates suitability for typical industrial humidity and non-condensing dust levels.
