Product Description:
The 07.F4.S1D-4003 is a new-generation frequency inverter that is designed by KEB Automation to serve the three-phase AC servo motor. This product can not be used with any other types of electrical loads as this can lead to electrical accidents and permanent damage to the product. The nominal voltage required by this product to ensure the optimum operation is about 400 volts; also, the inverter contains an internal temperature detector that helps monitor temperature in connected motors and prevent over-temperature damage to the product. There is an operator panel on this product; the panel contains an LED display and a keyboard for the communication of command instructions in real-time. In the case of any malfunction, an error message is displayed on this operator interface for easy diagnosis.
The installation of the 07.F4.S1D-4003 inverter should be done in a control cabinet that provides additional protection against contaminations like dust and water. A minimum clearance of about 100 millimeters should also be allowed between this product and the cabinet to allow room for easy flow of cool air around the product. The drive mode of the operator panel integrated with this product is used to start the drive manually; in this mode, it is only possible to present the direction of rotation and the digital frequency reference.
