The 07.F4.C3D-1280 is an AC frequency inverter produced by KEB as part of the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. The device sits between the line supply and an induction motor, creating a variable output voltage and frequency. It is intended for variable-speed motor control in conveyors, pumps, and other industrial machines, allowing smooth starting, accurate running speed, and controlled deceleration instead of direct-on-line operation. By adjusting motor speed electrically, it can reduce mechanical stress during start-up and help process equipment respond more smoothly to changing load demands.
It operates from a single-phase 230 VAC supply that draws a nominal input current of 8 A. An integrated RFI filter attenuates conducted emissions, and the built-in braking transistor routes surplus energy to an external resistor during deceleration. The control section pulses the IGBT bridge at 16 kHz, which helps keep acoustic noise low while delivering a continuous output of 4 A to the motor.
