The 07.F4.C1D-AC01 is a frequency inverter manufactured by KEB within the F4 Combivert Frequency Inverters series. It modulates the input mains supply to deliver a variable-frequency, variable-voltage output, allowing precise speed control of three-phase AC motors used in automated lines, material-handling equipment, and process pumps. Integrating control electronics, the power stage, and protective logic in one enclosure streamlines panel layout and simplifies setup in industrial automation projects where cabinet space is limited.
This inverter accepts field signals through 4 digital inputs, allowing PLCs to issue start, stop, or preset-speed commands, while 2 analog inputs support proportional control from sensors or external potentiometers. An integrated braking transistor dissipates regenerated energy during rapid deceleration, removing the need for an external chopper module. The integrated cooling fan moves air across the heat sink to help control internal temperature during continuous duty.
