It is used with compressors, condenser fans, and liquid pumps so refrigeration systems can match motor speed to changing cooling demand. By varying output frequency in real time, the drive supports gentle motor starts, lower peak current, and stable control of evaporation or suction pressure across a wide operating range. This operating method helps cooling equipment respond smoothly to part-load conditions instead of running at fixed full speed throughout the duty cycle.
