Danfoss 130B1264 VLT PowerCards is made to perform optimally even in high-performance uses and has seven digital inputs to assist both the PNP and NPN modes of operation.
The inputs have a digital input impedance of 4 kΩ, which guarantees a constant signal processing to have consistent control. It also maintains a higher voltage level, 6.4 V to 17 V, that supports constant data capturing under different types of industries requiring precision, stability, and reliable observation in harsh operating conditions. The card has 2 analog outlet points and a resolution of 11bits and a range between 0/4-20 mA, which guarantees the ability to produce accurate signal output in relation to a new level of control and monitoring.
The analog output deviation with respect to linearity does not exceed 0.2 percent, which is very accurate in applications that require high precision. The card incorporates four SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) relays in the case of relay operations, and has a relay load rating of 8 A (250 V AC, and 30 V DC), which is very robust in switching capabilities. At a power factor of 0.40 (cos φ), the relay load is rated at 3.5 A. The card aims to achieve great safety standards, and overvoltage levels are set III on contact-to-earth and II on contact-to-contact, which will protect against electrical spikes and allow the card to be used under tough conditions. External supply voltage to the 130B1264 is 24 VDC, typical of control systems and generally accepted by most industrial power sources.
