Product Description:
The 134U7769 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 280 Midi Drives series. The unit provides torque and speed control for small induction motors used on pumps, compact conveyors, and similar automated equipment. It is supplied as a chassis-mount module that fits inside a control panel and links directly to the plant line supply. Its compact format supports installations where available panel space is limited, while the enclosed power electronics regulate motor operation in response to external control commands.
This model is rated for 0.55 kW of continuous output power, making it suitable for fractional-horsepower loads without oversizing the inverter. The input section accepts a three-phase 380–480 VAC supply and connects to the line without an added mains option. During fast deceleration, a built-in brake chopper diverts regenerated energy to an external resistor, helping prevent DC-bus overvoltage. The chassis has an IP20 protection rating, which provides protection against accidental finger contact but requires installation in a clean control cabinet. The drive can be connected to compatible control wiring and motor circuits through its panel-mounted terminals, allowing the power and command connections to remain enclosed during operation.
Field integration is supported by the factory-mounted integrated PROFINET control card, which allows parameter access and real-time setpoint exchange over an Ethernet network. A coated PCB protects the circuitry against conductive dust and moderate humidity. Electromagnetic interference is reduced by an internal filter rated for EMC Category C3 (200/400 V), supporting operation in appropriate industrial electrical environments. The housing is supplied with no local display, so configuration and status access are handled through software tools or the PROFINET connection. External controls can provide operating commands without requiring a keypad on the front of the unit. Customer-selected filters or input and output devices can be connected separately when the application requires additional line conditioning or control functions.
