Product Description:
The 134U7748 is an efficient MIDI drive designed, engineered, developed, and manufactured by Danfoss under its FC280 product series. It employs a coated PCB and a K1 chassis, allowing it to achieve a protection classification of IP 20. With its straightforward design and construction, this drive can be used alongside other modules and devices that support the Profibus DP communication protocol. Although the 134U7748 does not come with a default LCP or memory module, both accessories can be purchased as separate components. Owing to its compact enclosure and optimal dimensions, the 134U7748 has a gross and net weight of 3.18 kilograms and 2.75 kilograms, respectively.
At rated operating conditions, the 134U7748 can achieve a nominal power of 2.2 kilowatts, or about 3 horsepower. During operation, this drive must be connected to a three-phase power supply with a nominal potential difference of 380 to 480 VAC. At high-overload conditions, this three-phase drive has a total kVA rating of 3.7 and a total power loss of 74 watts. At full-load conditions, this electrical module can draw a continuous current within the range of 4.8 to 5.3 A. Regardless of the terminal voltage applied, however, the maximum intermittent current of this drive is 8.5 A.
Without options or chassis modifications, the 134U7748 has a height of 210 millimeters, a width of 75 millimeters, and a depth of 168 millimeters. Due to its compact construction, the 134U7748 excels in medium-power applications requiring a fast-response drive with small outer dimensions. Like other VLT automation modules, this device can operate at a permissible ambient temperature range and installation level of -25 to 50 degrees Celsius and 0 to 1000 m above sea level, respectively.
