Product Description:
The 130B1107/R is a local control panel produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 280 Midi Drives series. This accessory mounts directly on the drive or on a remote bracket and allows users to start or stop the system and adjust parameters without connecting external programming tools. The panel presents drive status information and provides direct access to configuration settings. These capabilities support routine tuning and fault analysis in industrial automation cells that use FC 280 inverters for variable-speed motor control.
The front face has IP54 protection, so dust and low-pressure water jets do not reach the electronics under normal operating conditions. Installation adds only 100.1 g to a control cabinet, keeping the additional load on the mounting surface low. When the panel is flush-mounted, the required opening measures 129.5 ±0.2 mm high by 64.5 ±0.2 mm wide, allowing standard punch tooling to be used on sheet-metal doors. The user interface has an illuminated graphic display with plain text, providing clear parameter names instead of numeric codes and improving readability in dimly lit machine enclosures. Tactile pushbuttons beside the screen provide access to Quick Menu navigation, parameter copying, and the reset function.
For remote mounting, a molded cable supports a distance of up to 3 m between the drive and the panel, allowing the interface to be positioned at eye level while the inverter remains inside a sealed cabinet. The alarm log stores the most recent 10 alarms, and each entry can be reviewed on the screen with integrated online help. The mounting bracket requires a clamping torque of 1.3 Nm, which helps prevent loosening from vibration without placing excessive strain on the plastic threads. Menus support all languages and character sets available for the panel, making operating information accessible across multilingual installations. The interface also supports Hand and Auto operating modes, displays live trend graphs, and presents five real-time operating data items for process monitoring.
