The 132F0059 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 51 Micro Drives series. It is intended for cabinet-mounted machines that require precise speed control but have limited space available in the electrical enclosure. By converting a fixed three-phase mains supply into a variable-frequency output, the unit lets pumps, fans, and conveyors start smoothly, hold constant torque, and stop under controlled conditions. This type of drive is commonly used where stable motor speed is needed across changing process loads.

Electrically, the drive accepts 380 – 480 VAC on a three-phase line, so it connects directly to standard plant distribution. Its inverter stage delivers 15 kW continuous output, which is equivalent to 20 HP for midsize pumps and compressors. The mechanical size is M4, and that code sets the housing dimensions and mounting-hole pattern for panel installation. An IP20 chassis rating provides finger protection but still requires installation inside a clean enclosure.
