Product Description:
The 132F0007 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 51 Micro Drives series. It modulates the supply waveform to regulate induction motor speed in compact machinery such as light conveyors, small pumps, and ventilation fans. This control allows industrial systems to adjust mechanical output according to process demand while conserving panel space. The compact housing is suited to installations where basic motor control must be integrated into a limited cabinet area.
The drive accepts an input of 200–240 VAC and delivers up to 2.2 kW, which corresponds to a mechanical output of 3.0 HP. Operation from a single-phase feeder makes the unit suitable for facilities where a three-phase supply is unavailable. The IP20 chassis provides basic protection against accidental contact when the drive is mounted inside an appropriate enclosure. Its integrated filter meets RFI Class A1/B emission requirements for residential or light-industrial environments. A coated printed circuit board helps protect the control electronics from airborne moisture and dust. The built-in brake chopper manages regenerated energy during rapid motor deceleration by directing it to a suitable braking resistor.
Wiring is simplified by standard cable entries provided under Adaptation A, allowing power and control conductors to enter the housing through the intended openings. The drive does not include a mains disconnect, so supply isolation must be provided elsewhere in the electrical installation. A local control panel is also not installed, which means operating commands and parameter adjustments require a compatible external control interface. The VLT Micro Drive product grouping and Micro Drive Series 051 code place the unit within the FC 51 platform. Its compact format and centralized control arrangement support installation in automated equipment where the drive is operated from the machine control system rather than directly from its housing.
