Product Description:

The VLT FC 101 HVAC Basic Drives series includes the Danfoss 131L9892, which is a strong and dependable drive designed specifically for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The gadget has a built-in DC brake circuit that gives users more control over the motor. This makes it great for jobs that need quick stopping or controlled halting.

The drive weighs 22 kg and is air-cooled. The 131L9892 is useful because it can handle intermittent duty cycles. This feature lets the drive handle sequences of load and no-load periods in an efficient way, changing to periodic or non-periodic operation as required for HVAC systems. The drive also comes with a Local operate Panel (LCP) that may be removed. This panel is the only way to operate and configure the drive. One may put the LCP up to three meters away from the main unit, which makes it easy to access for monitoring and setup, even if the drive is in a hard-to-reach place.

The frequency converter has options for both online and offline use. When one alter anything, on-line parameters are turned on right away. Off-line parameters need to be confirmed by clicking the [OK] button. This two-pronged strategy gives one more options during commissioning and operation. Another essential feature is the built-in PI controller, which automatically changes the output frequency to keep the speed, pressure, or temperature at the intended setpoint when the load circumstances vary. The [Off/Reset] key does not turn off the drive's power, hence it should not be used as a safety switch. It is very important to have the right protective earthing. The unit's earth leakage current is more than 3.5 mA, which should be taken into account when designing and installing the system.
