The 134H2045 is a decentralized AC motor drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FCD 302 Decentral Drives series. As a self-contained inverter, it mounts close to the motor and provides controlled speed and torque for conveyor sections, mixers, and other distributed automation axes. By combining power electronics, I/O, and networking in one enclosure, the unit reduces cabinet wiring and supports direct installation on the machine frame. This close-coupled layout can also shorten motor cable runs, which helps keep machine layouts compact in distributed drive systems.

The drive accepts a three-phase input range of 380-480 VAC and delivers a nominal output of 1.1 kW, which is equivalent to 1.5 HP at the motor shaft. Its black housing has an IP66/NEMA4X rating, so it resists dust, washdown exposure, and high-pressure water in demanding industrial areas. Integrated suppression to RFI Class A1/C2 helps the unit meet industrial EMC requirements without an external filter. This version is supplied as a complete small standalone unit, and it comes without a brake, mains plug, motor plug, sensor plugs, or mounting brackets. The sealed enclosure also helps protect internal electronics in applications where moisture, cleaning agents, or airborne debris are present.

Communication is provided through Profibus DP, and the network connection uses a rugged M12 Profibus connector that supports straightforward daisy-chain wiring on decentralized machines. A 24 VDC backup input keeps the control electronics active when the main supply is removed, so communication and diagnostics can remain available during a power interruption. A display connector is included for local access to operating parameters, while the mechanical fasteners use Metric threads to match common hardware. This version does not include a B option or a switch option, which keeps the configuration focused on essential drive and network functions.
