Product Description:
The 134G5745 is a decentralized variable-frequency drive that Danfoss supplies within the VLT FCD 302 Decentral Drives series. Mounted directly on or near the motor, it regulates speed without a control cabinet, streamlining wiring in conveyors, mixers, and other distributed automation nodes. The unit belongs to the 302 platform and uses the same modular concept found across the series, so power conversion can be placed close to the driven machine.
This model accepts a three-phase supply range of 380-480 VAC, matching common industrial power systems. At full load, it delivers 1.5 kW of shaft power, which corresponds to a mechanical output of 2 HP for motors in the small-to-mid-size class. The housing is rated IP66/NEMA4X, so it withstands washdown cleaning and airborne particulates when installed on machinery frames. Network integration is handled through the optional Profinet interface in the A-option slot, giving deterministic control and diagnostic traffic over standard Ethernet cabling. A detachable display connector simplifies local parameter access, and the complete small stand-alone hardware configuration contains all required terminations for independent service without add-on terminal boxes.
Radio-frequency attenuation is built in through an RFI filter that meets A1/C2 limits, helping reduce conducted emissions on the supply lines. All threaded ports follow metric threads, easing the use of widely available cable glands and adapters. The drive uses the series identifier 302 for product classification. The drive has no brake, so deceleration energy must be handled by the motor and application inertia or by an external braking resistor if faster stops are required. No brackets, sensor plugs, mains plugs, or switch options are supplied, which keeps the enclosure outline compact for tight mounting zones.
