Product Description:
The 134F0824 is a decentralized variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss and part of the VLT FCD 302 Decentral Drives series. Mounted directly on a machine frame, the device converts incoming AC power into a regulated three-phase output for induction motors, giving local speed control without a centralized cabinet. In automated conveyor lanes, filling lines, and distributed pumping stations, the drive links motor functions to plant controllers while keeping the power electronics close to the load. This layout reduces cable runs and helps support distributed machine control.
The drive is housed in a standard white IP66/NEMA 4X enclosure that resists dust, water jets, and routine washdown exposure, so it can be mounted on plant equipment without an auxiliary cabinet. It accepts a 380-480 VAC three-phase supply and provides an inverter output sized for motors up to 0.75 kW or 1.0 HP. Wiring is brought in through threaded cable entries, and an internal EMC network supports compliance when the optional Profinet interface is used for real-time control. The molded base allows direct attachment to the machine frame, and the factory configuration comes without mains, motor, sensor, or fieldbus plugs.
The electronic stack uses the complete small stand-alone hardware configuration, so the control, power, and protection circuits are contained in one housing and no brake control is included. That arrangement keeps the inverter section and control electronics together instead of using separate modules. Emission levels are reduced by the integrated RFI Class A1/C2 filter, and parameters can be accessed through the drive’s display connector. All fixing points and cable ports use metric threads. Secondary cards are absent because the B option is blank, the D option is disabled, and there is no switch option.
