The 132N3029 is a decentralized drive component produced by Danfoss for the VLT FCD 302 Decentral Drives series. Mounted directly in the field instead of inside a cabinet, it provides local motor control for conveyors, mixers, and other distributed automation points where protection from washdown and airborne contaminants is necessary. This arrangement suits installations where drive hardware must remain close to the motor and process equipment.

The housing has a standard white IP66/NEMA 4X finish that seals the electronics against high-pressure water and corrosive cleaning agents. For supply power, the unit accepts a three-phase input of 380-480 VAC, allowing installation on common industrial line power without an auxiliary transformer. Conducted emissions are reduced by the integrated RFI Class A1/C2 filter, which helps the installation meet EMC limits on mixed-voltage lines. All terminations are routed through a small standalone installation box configuration, so no external brackets are required and the unit remains compact. Sensor feedback enters through a direct-mount 4 x M12 connector block, and Metric threads help maintain enclosure integrity while simplifying cable selection.
