The 132L0282 is a decentralized variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FCD 302 Decentral Drives series. Mounted close to the motor, it removes the need for large control cabinets and supplies speed regulation directly at the machine frame. In conveyors, pumps, and other automated stations, it modulates three-phase induction motors to match process demand, lowering energy use and simplifying field wiring. This layout shortens motor leads and places the inverter near the driven equipment, which suits decentralized installations where cabinet space is limited.

Its power stage is rated at 1.1 kW, and a nameplate value of 1.5 HP aligns the unit with NEMA motor sizing. The converter accepts a three-phase input of 380-480 VAC, so it installs on typical factory mains without an autotransformer. The drive uses a standard black housing with an IP66/NEMA 4X rating, which protects the electronics against dust, water jets, and cleaning chemicals without a separate panel. Conducted emissions are limited by the integrated RFI Class A1/C2 filter, helping reduce interference on shared power lines.
