The 134B1730 is a plug-in control board supplied by Danfoss for the VLT Control Cards series. When inserted into a compatible VLT drive, the card expands the drive’s built-in input and output capabilities and provides access to the appropriate control parameters. This allows the drive to accommodate application-specific field signals while retaining its existing power stage. Within an automation cabinet, the board functions as an interface layer between connected field wiring and the internal control logic of the host inverter.
The card is intended exclusively for the FC-102 HVAC drive, which provides the required connector arrangement and backplane interface. Its shipping mass is 0.18 kg, including the packaging used to protect the board during transportation and storage. Once removed from its packaging, the card has an installed mass of 0.12 kg, which places minimal additional load on the drive’s internal mounting points. The board requires firmware version 5.21 or later for proper recognition and operation. An FC-102 drive using an earlier revision must be updated before the processor can communicate with the installed card.
