The VLT AutomationDrive FC 302/FC 301 setup takes the 130B1128 control card as an easy drop-in when an integrated option slot matters. Stamped by Danfoss, this module is part of the VLT Control Cards family, so matching with inverters and drives in automated lines usually works out without adjusting much else. For electrical rating, the voltage class is 380-480 V AC and supply can go as high as 528 V AC, built to fit facilities with heavy equipment. Everyday running goes up to 15 A continuous current, but if there’s a short surge, this card handles a peak current of 45 A for those moments equipment comes online or ramps up fast.

Protection for electronics shows up with the IP20 enclosure, enough to keep direct touch away from delicate parts in the cabinet. Cooling comes by way of an internal fan, right in the unit; so the system won’t need any extra ducts just for this slot.
