Product Description:

The VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series includes the Danfoss NXL00035C2H1SSS0000, a tiny and dependable drive built for precision control in small to medium-sized industrial settings. This drive can power a wide range of motor-driven operations since it has an output power of 0.75 kW and a constant output current of 2.2 amps. It can take input voltages that are up to 10% higher or lower than its nominal rating, which makes it very flexible and strong in places where mains voltage changes a lot.

The drive has IP20 protection, which makes it perfect for use in electrical enclosures. It can also work reliably at temperatures up to 55°C. The NXL00035C2H1SSS0000 uses a digital signal processor (DSP) to quickly and accurately control and watch the motor that is linked to it. It has an Electronic Thermal Relay (ETR) that continually calculates the motor's temperature depending on the current load and time. This helps keep the motor from overheating and breaking down. The drive also employs IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) technology to provide a sinusoidal current output by pulse-width modulation.

This makes sure that the drive is very efficient and switches quickly. Some IGBT modules can also regulate a brake resistor, which is useful for applications that need to stop quickly. Setting the drive back to its factory default settings is done by using option 14-22 (Operation Mode). The drive works well for intermittent duty cycles, which means it can handle sequences of load and rest intervals. This makes it useful for situations where the drive doesn't operate all the time. Danfoss stresses that the system integrator or machine builder must carefully look at dangerous scenarios from a safety point of view.
