Product Description:
The FC302PK75T5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXD0 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency three-phase power into a modulated output that allows process controllers to regulate motor speed and torque on conveyors, pumps, and similar equipment. The drive accepts a three-phase supply and is intended for installation inside industrial automation cabinets. Its compact housing and standardized wiring connections help conserve panel space while supporting orderly power and control cable routing.
The power section delivers a continuous motor output of 0.75 kW (1.0 hp) to compatible three-phase motors. Output frequency can be adjusted up to 590 Hz, while the 300 Hz limit in flux mode supports vector control across the lower operating range. Parameter control is provided through six digital inputs that accept 24 V logic signals, and two transistor outputs communicate operating status to external controls. Network communication is handled through the PROFIBUS DP-V1 interface, allowing the drive to exchange commands, process data, and diagnostic information with a higher-level controller. An integrated EMC filter helps reduce conducted electrical noise without requiring separate filter hardware. Standard cable entries simplify gland-plate preparation during cabinet installation. The unit is supplied without a brake chopper, so regenerated energy must be dissipated through the motor or suitable external equipment.
The enclosure has an IP20 rating and is suitable for installation inside a ventilated cabinet that protects it from moisture and excessive contamination. A 24 V DC backup supply maintains control power during interruptions to the main supply, helping preserve communication and control functions. Motor wiring can extend up to 150 m with shielded cable or 300 m with unshielded cable, providing flexibility when the drive and motor are installed in separate areas. Feedback applications benefit from 0.05% full-scale encoder accuracy, which supports precise speed and position measurements. The printed circuit board is uncoated, so the installation area should remain free of condensation and corrosive airborne material. The optional C1 filter, local control panel, and dedicated mains module are not installed in this configuration.
