It converts fixed-frequency three-phase power into a modulated output for induction or permanent-magnet motors. This controlled output enables speed and torque adjustment in conveyors, pumps, and general material-handling stations.
At 575 V, the inverter supplies 7.5 kW of continuous mechanical power, which corresponds to 10 hp. Its DC-link and IGBT stage handle a continuous apparent power of 11 kVA while maintaining an output line current of 11 A at 575 V. Input current is 9.9 A, supporting installation on standard 575 V feeders without requiring oversized breakers. The controller can deliver 160% starting torque for 60 seconds during any ten-minute period, and its 1 ms torque rise time provides a rapid transition from idle to load.
